Our fresh and exciting idea is to create projects that will seek to renew the relationship between EU member countries using Malta as a meeting place for inter-cultural dialogue, to foster peace and promote mutual respect. Unawareness is fueled by Ignorance encourages Prejudice and Stereotyping, and generates a constant Culture Clash that is passed down through generations. This creates long term Isolation that the Foster Foundation wants to tackle through various platforms in this brand new project, that educate and inspire.

The result: The Renew Project pooled together several EU organisations in which skilled and expert professionals operate in implementing EU programmes, and managing EU funds & projects.

Financed by 'Small Initiatives Support Scheme 2011', in collaboration with L-Isla Local Council
A principle objective of this project is to fight prejudice and stereotypes, whilst fostering understanding, tolerance and acceptance of marginalised minoroties, migrants, disabled young people and others as equal partners. The aim of this project is to stimulate co-operation and networking between voluntary organisations, correspondingly, promoting and encouraging a culture of volunteering and the participation in volunteer activities amongst people, youth and children.
