The project successfully aimed at maximising experts respective knowledge strengthening the professionalism of each of them especially in regard to their working skills. The project was structured with a peer-to-peer approach and offered the occasion for the constitution of a network of organisations dealing with similar EU funds issues albeit from different perspectives. Thus the organisations involved were all of small dimensions and covering different fields of expertise: they were profit and no profit, public and private, dealing with training issues, education, services to enterprises and to associated members.

For each partner organization one or two people acted as a project referee to ensure a smooth communication among the partnership for the full project lenght. These people were the ones following the project implementation, its development and the planning and execution of all the outcomes foreseen.

Fundamentally, all the project partners were been involved equally in all the project activities (from document preparation, to meeting attendance, products realization and dissemination, communication etc.). The Renew partnership, due to the close collaboration established among the different organizations involved, succeeded to establish a network of partners able to take part in other EU projects, EU activities and to apply for other proposals.
